Quebec
In the province of Quebec, Operation Red Nose can count on the support of two provincial sponsors: the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec and Desjardins Assurances générales.
Since 1985, the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec has considerably contributed financially to Operation Red Nose, in addition to providing human and technical resources to help implement the road safety campaign across the province.
Since the very beginning of Operation Red Nose in 1984, Desjardins Assurances générales has contributed financially to the staging of the campaign and has provided insurance coverage to protect both client and volunteer vehicles throughout the province.
Nova Scotia
Since 2007, Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation has sponsored Operation Red Nose in Nova Scotia. 
Ontario
The creation of a provincial office, coordinated by Ontario Safety League, has allowed the program to develop in the province.
Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario provides funding to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles in Ontario since 2011.
Since 2011, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association has sponsored Operation Red Nose.
Manitoba
The creation of a provincial office, coordinated by Safety Services Manitoba, has allowed the program to develop in the province.
The Manitoba Public Insurance has sponsored Operation Red Nose in Manitoba since 1996 and has provided funding as well as insurance coverage to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles within Manitoba.
Saskatchewan
Since 2009, SGI has sponsored Operation Red Nose in Saskatchewan. SGI provides funding as well as insurance coverage to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles within the province. Over the next few years, SGI hopes to see the program grow in Saskatchewan.
British Columbia
Since 2006, CTV has provided support to Operation Red Nose by creating a provincial PSA and providing air time to promote Operation Red Nose’s message against impaired driving.
ICBC has sponsored Operation Red Nose since its beginning in British Columbia in 1996. ICBC provides funding as well as insurance coverage to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles within BC. ICBC supports the development of the program with one new local host organization per year in the province.
