Since 1985, the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec has considerably contributed financially to Operation Red Nose, in addition to providing human and technical resources to help implement the road safety campaign across the province.
Since the very beginning of Operation Red Nose in 1984, Desjardins has contributed financially to the staging of the campaign and has provided insurance coverage to protect both client and volunteer vehicles throughout the province.
The Manitoba Public Insurance has sponsored Operation Red Nose in Manitoba since 1996 and has provided funding as well as insurance coverage to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles within Manitoba.
The creation of a provincial office, coordinated by Safety Services Manitoba, has allowed the program to develop in the province.
Since 2009, Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) has sponsored Operation Red Nose in Saskatchewan. SGI provides funding as well as insurance coverage to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles within the province. Over the next few years, SGI hopes to see the program grow in Saskatchewan.
Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) has sponsored Operation Red Nose since its beginning in British Columbia in 1996. ICBC provides funding as well as insurance coverage to help protect both volunteer and client vehicles within BC.
UNI Insurance has sponsored Operation Red Nose for several years locally, but has been involved provincially since 2016. With a financial support for Operation Red Nose, UNI Insurance ensures New Brunswickers have access to an additonnal option to get home safely during the Holidays.
